Dr. Wong attained his professional qualification as a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and the Royal Institution of Surveyors in 2006. After obtaining his first degree in the University of Hong Kong, Dr. Wong worked in Albert So Surveyors Limited assisting in land, planning and development matters, valuation, and property management services. From 2005 to 2020, Dr. Wong joined CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield respectively focusing in valuation and advisory services in Hong Kong. His valuation experience covers a wide spectrum of properties from general residential, office, retail, industrial developments, to development and agriculture land, and for various purposes including mortgage/ financing, financial reporting, rating assessment, rent review, statutory compensation and litigation.

​Dr. Wong has also served as the assessors in the Assessment of Professional Competence for both the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is also a part-time lecturer on planning and development subjects for the Master of Science in Real Estate program of the University of Hong Kong.
